• •Wrote the backend logic for team composition - role balancing, discipline matching, manday planning.

Built the whole thing from scratch. Multi-tenant system across admin, customer, and mobile apps. Covers customers, orders, rewards, campaigns, billing, permissions. Added AI-driven segmentation and workflow automation. Led architecture end-to-end - infra, integrations, deployment, everything.

• •Rebuilt esomar.org with Next.js and Strapi, replacing the old content and API layers.
• •Set up Azure infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Security, monitoring, the works.
• •Migrated everything to production with zero downtime.
• •Defined the architecture for ANA v2 - took a 10,000+ asset PHP monolith and planned out a modern platform with structured metadata, search, and AI capabilities.

• •Focused on predictable behavior and real tooling instead of abstract chat interfaces.

Cronacl is an open-source effort focused on AI developer tools. The main product is Sentinel, a local-first desktop workspace built around real repo state. Files, terminals, diffs, and multi-step workflows live together so context doesn't get lost.
